The Recreation Board may from time to time establish areas of use on municipally owned or controlled lands where minibikes may be ridden and a listing of these areas shall be submitted to the City Commission for its approval. The Recreation Board shall supervise and regulate events or programs as may be established in connection with the use of minibikes in those areas.
