§ 53.99 CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
   (A)   Any person who has violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalties set forth in § 10.99(2) of the Marine City Code.
   (B)   The city may recover all attorney's fees, court costs, and other expenses associated with enforcement of this chapter, including sampling and monitoring expenses.
