§ 52.06 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCES.
   Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as limiting in any manner the powers of the City Manager, and if any unsanitary condition exists, the same is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and shall be abated by the City Manager in accordance with the provisions of this code.
