Application for a permit under this subchapter shall state the location of the property, the number of the lot, the name of the owner, and the name and address of the plumber employed to do the work. Separate meter permits installed exclusively for the use of water not to be reintroduced into the sanitary sewer system may be permitted, providing all installation meets department of public work’s installation criteria and safety inspection. Additional meters under this provision will be charged permit fees as if it were an original installation. User fees will reflect only water charge.
