§ 51.06 INTERFERENCE WITH WATER MAINS PROHIBITED.
   The water mains of the city shall be under the exclusive control of the city, and no person other than agents or employees of the city shall disturb, tap, change, obstruct or interfere with them in any way, shape or manner.
