§ 50.06 RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE AND REFUSE FEES AND CHARGES.
   The City Commission shall impose and levy a charge to all residential units, as defined in this chapter, which shall equal an amount not less than the cost incurred by the city for payment and administration of its solid waste collection contract then in effect. All such fees and charges shall be specified and set out in the city’s master fee resolution and may be collected by inclusion in the utility billings of the city or inclusion within the city’s annual property tax bill or by a combination of these methods as the City Commission shall determine in the master fee resolution of the city.
