§ 33.54 ALTERNATE TRUSTEES.

Alternate members of the Board of Trustees shall be selected in accordance with this section and shall have the power of a voting member in the absence of their respective representative. The alternates shall consist of the same alternate trustees appointed/elected to the Retirement System Board of Trustees.
