§ 33.34 PLAN ADMINISTRATION, BOARD OF TRUSTEES DUTIES.
   (A)   The Board of Trustees shall be vested with the authority to render decisions regarding participation in the plan. Such authority shall be specifically limited by the eligibility requirements of § 33.20 or as otherwise provided for in this chapter, and the city's ability to obtain coverage under the plan and/or from the applicable insurance carrier.
   (B)   The Board of Trustees shall have such other duties under the trust as are set forth in §§ 33.50 through 33.62 of this chapter.
