§ 33.32 PLAN ADMINISTRATION, INSURANCE CARRIER DUTIES.
   (A)   Tthe insurance carrier shall have the responsibility for interpreting and administering the contract(s) and for processing and paying benefit claims thereunder.
   (B)   The insurance carrier shall provide the plan administrator with such information as the plan administrator may deem necessary to permit the timely filing of all reports required by law.
   (C)   The insurance carrier shall provide to the plan administrator, for distribution to (or provide directly to) retiree participants, spouses and/or dependents, a description of benefits provided under the contract(s).
   (D)   The insurance carrier has the responsibility for the resolution of disputes involving the payment of benefits under the plan.
