§ 33.29 MEDICARE ELIGIBILITY.

Upon attaining the age of Medicare eligibility and upon qualifying for complimentary medicare coverage, all eligible retirees and/or spouses shall enroll in both Medicare A and B. Once a retiree is in receipt of Medicare A and B coverage, this plan will provide complementary coverage as provided pursuant to the coverage in effect at the time of retirement.
