§ 33.27 ALTERNATIVE POLICIES OR PROGRAMS.
   The city, in its discretion, in addition to the base plan, may offer alternative policies or benefit structures to participants. Participants may transfer from one policy or benefit structure to another policy or benefit structure during open enrollment periods. However, any additional cost above the base plan shall be borne by the participant.
