Notice given to all parties shall, unless otherwise specified in this chapter, be sufficient if in writing and delivered or sent by prepaid first class mail. Except as otherwise noted, the distribution or delivery of any statements or documents required under the plan and trust shall be sufficient if delivered in person or prepaid first class mail.
