§ 32.33 BOARD OF TRUSTEES: ACTUARIAL DATA; REPORT TO CITY COMMISSION.
   The Board shall keep or cause to be kept, in convenient form, such data as shall be recommended by the actuary as necessary for the operation of the retirement system on an actuarial basis. The Board shall keep or cause to be kept, in convenient form, such additional data as is required to properly report the operations of the system. The Board shall render a report to the City Commission on or before the first day of December of each year showing the fiscal transactions of the retirement system for the year ended the preceding thirtieth day of June, the assets of the retirement system as of the preceding thirtieth day of June, and a copy of the most recent actuarial report.
