§ 30.40 ODD-YEAR ELECTIONS ADOPTED.
   There is hereby adopted the provisions of Public Act No. 239, Public Acts of Michigan of 1970 [M.C.L.A. §§ 168.642a et seq.], which provides for odd-year elections.
