The Accounting Manager shall be responsible for the maintenance of a system of accounts which shall conform to any uniform system required by law and by the Commission and to generally accepted principles and procedures of governmental accounting. (Prior Code, § 2-24) (Ord. 96-3, passed 4-18-1996)
