§ 30.03 DEPARTMENT OF WASTE WATER; SUPERINTENDENT.
   (A)   The Department of Waste Water shall be headed by the Waste Water Superintendent who shall be responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of the waste water plant.
   (B)   He or she shall coordinate efforts and cooperate with the Public Works Superintendent in the operation and maintenance of the storm and sanitary waste water collection systems.
