The following public servants are hereby authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets with respect to ordinances of the city, as provided by M.C.L.A. § 764.9c, as amended, when the public servant has reasonable cause to believe that a person has committed an offense in violation of a city ordinance:
(A) Health Officer;
(B) Building Inspector;
(C) Fire Marshal; and
(D) Fire Chief.
