The City of Marine City shall consist of one ward. The Commission shall from time to time by ordinance establish convenient election precincts, but until the Commission shall do so, there shall be two precincts as follows: Precinct Number One shall be all that territory east of Belle River; Precinct Number Two shall be all that territory west of Belle River.
