Section 4.1. Officers to be elected and terms.
   The elective officers of the City shall be the Mayor and six Commissioners, all of whom shall be elected from the City at large. The Mayor and three Commissioners shall be elected at each regular city election. The Mayor shall be elected for a two year term and the Commissioners for four year terms. The term of office of the Mayor and the Commissioners elected at each regular city election shall commence as provided by law.
