PREAMBLE
We, the people of the City of Marine City, St. Clair County, Michigan, by virtue of the authority of the Constitution of the State of Michigan and Act 279 of 1909 of the Public Acts of Michigan [M.C.L.A. §§ 117.1 et seq.], do hereby ordain and establish this home rule charter for the City of Marine City.
