713.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, unless otherwise provided for, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates any of the disclosure provisions of Section 713.03 or 713.06 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
