713.10 INITIAL FEE.

The fee for licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) or one quarter of one percent (1/4%) of the cost inventory value of the goods, wares and merchandise to be sold at the sale, whichever is the greater amount.
