No person shall conduct a garage sale in the City without first registering with the Clerk and providing the following information:
(a) Name of person, firm, group, corporation, association or organization conducting such sale;
(b) Name of owner of the property on which such sale is to be conducted;
(c) Location at which sale is to be conducted; and
(d) Number of days of sale.
No fee shall be charged for registration.
