553.04 RUNNING SWITCHES.

(a) No conductor, engineer, brakeman or other employee of any railroad company shall make, cause the making of, or participate in the making of what is known as a “running switch” either in, on, across or along any street of the City.

(1957 Code Sec. 15-1)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
