121.24 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The business of Council at regular meetings, except upon the organization of a new Council, shall be transacted in the following order:
(1)    Calling roll of members.
(2)   Reading and approving minutes, if requested.
(3)    Public hearings, if any.
(4)    Call on City officials and visitors.
(5)    Unfinished business in the order formerly presented. (Includes any action to be taken on ordinances and resolutions introduced at prior meetings.)
(6)    Presentation of petitions and communications.
(7)    Report of standing committees on matters pertaining to business of such committees.
(8)    Report of special committees.
(9)    New ordinances and resolutions.
(10)   Miscellaneous business.
