The Regular Meetings of Council shall be held in the Marietta Area Community Center at the Armory, located at 241 Front Street, Room 10, Marietta, Ohio, on the first and third Thursday of each month. A secondary location will be in the training room of Washington County Children Services , located at 204 (B) Davis Avenue, Marietta, Ohio. Meetings shall be held at 7:30 p.m. If any Regular Meeting shall fall on a legal holiday, such meeting shall be held on the Wednesday night preceding. Meetings of the committees of the Council shall be held at the same location in the Marietta Area Community Center at the Armory, 241 Front Street, Room 10, Marietta, Ohio. A secondary location shall be at the discretion of the President of Council and the Chairpersons of the various committees of Council.
