509.15 PERMITTING MINORS TO PLAY BILLIARDS OR POOL.
   (a)   No owner or keeper of a billiard parlor or owner or keeper of a billiard table at any other public place who sells and/or serves alcoholic beverages shall permit a minor under eighteen years of age to play billiards or pool, except when such minor is accompanied by either parent or his legal guardian.
   (b)   No owner or keeper of a billiard parlor or owner or keeper of a billiard table at any other public place that does not sell and/or serve alcoholic beverages shall permit a minor under thirteen years of age to play billiards or pool, except when such minor is accompanied by either parent or his legal guardian.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
