(a) Trick or treat night is hereby designated as the last Saturday night in October.
(b) Trick or treat night shall be limited to the hours between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. of that Saturday night.
(c) No person shall wear a face mask on trick or treat night except children between the ages of one and twelve, inclusive.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
