(a) No person under eighteen years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, shall be permitted to play or operate a coin-operated amusement machine, generally referred to as a “pinball game”, in any establishment that serves alcoholic beverages, and no proprietor or manager of any of these establishments upon which such a machine is located shall permit the operation thereof by any person under eighteen years of age.
(b) No person under thirteen years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, shall be permitted to play or operate a coin-operated amusement machine, referred to as a “pinball game”, in any establishment that does not serve alcoholic beverages, and no proprietor or manager of any of the establishments upon which such a machine is located shall permit the operation thereof by any person under thirteen years of age.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
