   509.10 PERMITTING DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (a)   No person shall permit any drunkenness, rioting, gambling or any lewd or disorderly conduct in or about his premises within the City.
(1957 Code Sec. 11-13)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
