(a) No person shall take into any cemetery within the City, any intoxicating liquor or other drink or food to be consumed therein, nor discard trash or rubbish. No picnic or other form of recreation shall be held therein, including bicycle riding and games.
(b) No unauthorized person shall operate, be in physical control of or drive any auto mobile, motorcycle, bicycle, motorized or unmotorized two-wheel or four-wheel, in the Mound or Harmar Cemeteries. The only exception to this rule shall be "invalid chairs" for visitors unable to walk. In Oak Grove Cemetery and New St. Mary's Cemetery all forms of vehicles not operated by authorized personnel, shall operate only on authorized roadways, and at a speed not to exceed ten miles per hour.
(c) No person shall take his or her dog into nor allow it to enter any cemetery in the City.
(d) No person shall sit, climb, play on, overturn, deface or damage, in any other manner whatsoever, any tombstone, monument, memorial, mound or any other property within or around any cemetery in the City.
(e) No person shall, without lawful authority, remove a tomb, monument, gravestone, gravemarker, or other marker or memorial erected to perpetuate the honor or memory of a soldier or sailor of the United States of America or other person, nor tree, shrub, plant or other adornment, fence, railing or other work around any cemetery or burial place in the City.
