506.99 PENALTY.

Violation of Section 506.01 or 506.02 is a minor misdemeanor and constitutes a nuisance subject to abatement as provided by the Ohio Revised Code or the Codified Ordinances and shall be abated. Violation of Section 506.04 is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
