505.13 REMOVAL OF DEAD ANIMALS.

(a) Whenever any animal shall die within the City the owner of such animal shall cause the dead body thereof to be removed outside the City limits and disposed of as directed by the appropriate City officials.

(1957 Code Sec. 5-3)

(b) Whoever fails to comply with this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
