After the United States Weather Bureau records indicate that four inches of snow have fallen and there is a prospect of further snowfall the Safety-Service Director may order the removal of all motor vehicles parked on the streets designated in Sections 355.07 and 355.08 which have not been removed by the owners or operators thereof. The towing and impoundment of such motor vehicles shall be conducted pursuant to Chapter 307 of the Codified Ordinances.
