Beginning at the center of the intersection of 4th and Butler Streets continuing along the center of the road to the intersection of 7th and Butler Streets. Continuing northwesterly along 7th street to the intersection of Glendale Road. Then northeasterly along the center of Glendale Road to the intersection of Channel Lane. East down the center of Channel Lane to the intersection of Becker Lane, continuing east until the center of the intersection of Aurora Street and Becker Lane. South down the center of Aurora Street to the center intersection of Sunset Lane. Northeasterly down the center of Sunset Lane to the center of the intersection of Colegate Drive. Continue North along the center of Colegate Drive to the center of the intersection of Glendale Road. Going southwesterly down the center of Glendale road to the center of the intersection of Glendale Road and Cisler Drive. Follow along the center of Cisler Drive to the center of the intersection of Washington Street. Southwesterly down the center of Washington Street to the center of the intersection of 2nd Street. Then southeasterly down the center of 2nd Street to the center of the intersection of Knox Street, and along the center of Knox Street to the center of the intersection of Front Street. Continue down the center of Front Street to the center of the intersection of Scammel Street, then go southwesterly approximately 225.67 feet to the east side of the Muskingum River. Follow the east side of the Muskingum River and along the northside of the Ohio River to the southeast corner of Parcel- 240088888002, then continuing northwesterly along the eastern boundary of Parcel- 240088888002 until the center of the intersection of South 4th Street and Ohio Street. Continuing northwesterly along the center of South 4th Street, to the intersection of Ohio State Route 7 and 4th Street. Then finally continue along the center of 4th Street to the original starting point at the center of the intersection of 4th Street and Butler Street.
