351.99 PENALTY.

All violations of this Chapter, including the penalties and fines therefor, shall be handled pursuant to Chapter 353 of this Traffic Code. The fines and penalties for violations of this Chapter shall be as set forth in the fee schedule set forth in Section 353.12 of the Marietta Codified Ordinances.
