351.25 CIVIL LIABILITY FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS.

Violation of any section of this Chapter shall not be considered a criminal offense for any purpose. A person who commits the violation shall not be arrested as a result of the commission of the violation, and all violations of this Chapter shall be handled pursuant to Chapter 353 of this Traffic Code.
