(a) No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle upon a street or portion thereof designated herein:
(1) The east side of Ingleside Avenue.
(2) The west side of Woodland Avenue.
(3) The east side of Miller Avenue.
(4) The south side of Frederick Street.
(5) The north side of Grant Street.
(6) The west side of Sheridan Street.
(7) Seventh Street between Butler Street and Wooster Street.
(8) Butler Street between Second Street and Seventh Street.
(9) The north side of Edgewood Drive heading west from the intersection with Wyoming Road to the cul-de-sac.
(b) The Director of Public Safety and Service is hereby directed to erect traffic control signs giving notice of the limitations set forth herein in conformity with the specifications set forth in the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
