(a) B & O Parking Lot. There are hereby set aside a maximum of one hundred forty-seven (147) parking spaces for monthly rental in the B. & O. Parking Lot under the control of the Director of Public Safety and Service.
(b) Indian Acres Parking Lot. There are hereby set aside a maximum of thirty-six (36) spaces for monthly rental in the Indian Acres Parking Lot under the control of the Director of Public Safety and Service.
(c) Putnam Bridge Parking Lot. There are hereby set aside a maximum of fifteen (15) spaces for monthly rental in the Putnam Bridge Parking Lot under the control of the Director of Public Safety and Service.
(d) Armory Parking Lot. There are hereby set aside a maximum of twenty-eight (28) spaces for monthly rental in the Armory Parking Lot under the control of the Director of Public Safety and Service.
(e) 2nd Street and Butler Parking Lot. There are hereby set aside a maximum of sixty-eight (68) spaces for monthly rental in the 2nd and Butler Parking Lot under the control of the Director of Public Safety and Service.
(f) The Director is hereby empowered to let such parking spaces for twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month per space, payable in advance, to the general public on a first come, first serve basis.
(g) The Director shall maintain, as a matter of public record, a chronological priority list containing the name, address and telephone number of those individuals seeking to let such parking spaces, and as spaces from time to time become available they shall be let according to such list.
(h) No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle in violation of any subsection of this section.
