351.08 PARKING VEHICLE WITH ILLEGAL OR EXPIRED PLATES ON STREET OR HIGHWAY.
   (a)    Registration of Parked Vehicles Required. No person shall park any vehicle upon any public street, highway or parking lot or area within the City, unless such vehicle is legally registered pursuant to law.
   (b)    Parking Without Display of Plates Prohibited. No person shall park any vehicle which is required by law to bear one or more license plates upon any public street, highway or parking lot or area within the City, unless the vehicle displays one or more license plates sufficient to meet the legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which the vehicle is registered.
   (c)    Expired License Plates. No person shall park any vehicle upon any public street, highway or parking lot or area within the City upon which are displayed any license plates which have expired, or any license plates issued in another state for which the period of reciprocal agreement with the state of issue has expired.
   (d)    Illegal License Plates. No person shall park any vehicle upon any public street, highway or parking lot or area within this City upon which are displayed any license plates not legally registered and issued for such vehicle, or upon which are displayed any license plates which were issued on an application for registration that contains any false statement by the applicant.
   (e)    Parking Without Display of Valid Registration Sticker Prohibited. No person shall park any vehicle which is required to be registered upon any public street, highway or parking lot or area within the City unless the license plate of the vehicle displays a valid county identification sticker and any validation sticker issued under Ohio R.C. 4503.19 and 4503.191 furnished by the Ohio Director of Public Safety, unless the vehicle is lawfully registered in another jurisdiction and the license plate thereof bears such current and valid stickers as are legally required pursuant to the laws of that jurisdiction.
