307.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 307.02(f) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)    Whoever violates Section 307.04 involving a vehicle or "junk motor vehicle" left on private property is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall also be assessed any costs incurred by the Municipality in disposing of any vehicle or abandoned junk motor vehicle, less any money accruing to the Municipality from such disposal.
   (c)   Whoever violates Section 307.04 involving a vehicle or "junk motor vehicle" left on a public street or other property open to the public for purposes of vehicular travel or parking, or upon or within the right of way of any road or highway, is not guilty of a criminal offense and shall not be arrested as a result of the commission of the violation. The violation shall be handled through the civil Parking Violations Bureau established by Chapter 353 of the Marietta Codified Ordinances.
   (d)   Whoever violates Section 307.05 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (e)   Whoever violates Section 307.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
