165.02 MEETING; RULES OF PROCEDURE; RECORDS.
   The Commission shall organize by electing a Chairman and a Secretary and any other officers which the Commission may deem necessary. Meetings of the Commission shall be held at the call of the Chairman and at such other times as the Commission may determine, subject to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22. The Commission shall adopt rules for its own procedure and shall keep a record of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member upon each question, or if absent, or failing to vote, indicating such fact. Every rule or regulation, every amendment or repeal thereof, and every order, requirement, decision, or determination of the Commission shall immediately be filed in the office of the Director of Public Safety and Service and shall become a public record.
