(a) There is hereby established a Brick Streets and Brick Alleys Commission. The word "Commission", when used in this Chapter, shall mean the Brick Streets and Brick Alleys Commission.
(b) The Commission shall consist of fifteen (15) persons. The Commission shall be composed as follows:
(1) City Council Chairman of the Streets and Transportation Committee
(2) City Engineer
(3) Streets Foreman
(4) Director of Public Safety and Service
(5) Director of the Convention and Visitor's Bureau
(6) Director of the Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce
(7) Chairman of the Traffic Commission
(8) City Community Development Director
(9) Seven persons that are electors of the City of Marietta, Ohio, all of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council of the City of Marietta, Ohio.
(c) The members of the Brick Streets and Brick Alleys Commission shall serve without compensation or remuneration and the seven (7) members appointed by the Mayor shall each serve for a term ofthree (3) years, or until their successors are appointed.
