(a) There is hereby established a rental fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour for the use of the Marietta Area Community Center at the Armory, Room 10 Public Meeting Room, plus a custodial charge of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) to be levied for each use thereof.
(b) There is hereby established a rental fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour for the use of the Marietta Gym Floor, plus a custodial charge of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per hour with a minimum of two hours.
(c) Permits for use of the Community Center shall be issued on a first come first serve basis by the Recreation Director, who shall be responsible for collection of the fee required by subsections (a) and (b) herein.
(d) The Community Center facility is not available for commercial use or for individual or private businesses using the facility to conduct programs for profit.
(e) The person representing the renting group or organization shall be responsible for any loss, damage or expense caused by the renting group or organization while using or occupying the facility.
(f) The Safety Service Director or his designee has the right to revoke or cancel permits for use of the facility at any time. The Director shall do so in writing and state the reasons for such action.
(g) The Director or his designee shall have the authority to promulgate additional regulations or restrictions at any time in writing that are deemed necessary.
