(a) Any fees, charges or fines payable under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the City of Marietta water service fund.
(b) Any fees and charges payable hereunder are due and payable upon receipt of notice of charge.
(c) The Water Superintendent shall establish reasonable fees for the submission of environmental audit, environmental assessment of estimated effect, and regulated substance user permit renewal applications to cover the administration cost of reviewing these applications and conducting inspection of the facilities.
