"Best Management Practices" or "BMP's" means schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices to implement the prohibitions listed in OAC 3745-3-04. BMPs also include treatment requirements, operating procedures, and practices to control plant site runoff, spillage or leaks, sludge or waste disposal, and drainage from raw materials storage. Such BMP's shall be considered local limits and Pretreatment Standards for the purpose of this part, 40 CFR 403.5(c) (4) and section 307(d) of the Clean Water Act.
