(a) The following schedule of fees shall be charged to recipients of emergency medical transport services provided by the Marietta Fire Department as the usual, customary, and reasonable rates for said services.
Description of Service Fee
Basic Life Support $ 671.43
Advanced Life Support 1 $ 887.25
Advanced Life Support 2 $1,104.21
In addition to the above fees, mileage for these services will be billed at the rate of fourteen dollars and fifty-eight cents ($14.58) per mile.

(b) Residents of the City of Marietta and non-resident taxpayers to the City of Marietta shall be charged for emergency medical transport services only to the extent of their applicable insurance coverage and the collection of insurance deductibles and co-payments from such persons for such services is waived.
