(a) The following salaries shall be payable monthly:
President of Council
Members of Council
(b) The following salaries shall be payable quarterly:
Members of the Civil Service Commission
Secretary of the Civil Service Commission
(c) All other salaries and wages shall be payable on alternate Fridays on a biweekly basis. Each department head shall submit his payroll to the City Auditor on the Monday immediately proceeding the Friday payday.
