161.07 TERM LIFE INSURANCE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE.
   All full-time employees of the City; all part-time employees of the City hired before July 1, 1992, and working a minimum of twenty hours per week; all part-time employees of the City hired after July 1, 1992, and working a minimum of thirty hours per week; and all elected officials of the City, not otherwise provided for by contract or separate ordinance, shall be entitled to term life insurance coverage in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) and accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance plan entered into between the City and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, or any subsequent insurer, with the premium to be fully paid by the City, which benefits shall be identical to those provided by the City by collective bargaining agreement to its various union employees.
