The Commission shall serve as an advisory commission to advise the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety and Service upon all matters pertaining to a recreation program for the City, including budgetary and personnel matters.
The Commission shall have the powers and responsibilities set forth in Ohio R.C. 755.14, but only in so far as the softball complexes at Hadley Field, Flanders Field and Buckeye Park are concerned and not with respect to any other recreational facility or undertaking of the City.
